We do not offer refunds or returns. In the event that your product is found to be defective or faulty in design or manufacture, causing it to not perform as described in authorised advertising or literature, we will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not liable for the postage of the product for inspection.
